Cullman has been selected Gulf South Conference East
Division Baseball Player of the Week for March 4 by
the league office. A two-year starter at UNA,
Phillips accounted for 15 runs last week as the
leadoff hitter for the Lions. He ripped three
triples and swiped three bases as UNA went 3-0-1.
The senior scored seven runs on as many hits and
drove in four more against GLVC opponent Drury over
the weekend. he finished the week with nine runs,
