Amanda Bonner is in her first year as
assistant athletic trainer at North Alabama.
The Scottsboro native comes to UNA from the
University of Alabama-Birmingham, where she
received her Master’s degree in health
education in 2007.
While at UAB, Bonner served as a graduate
assistant trainer, with primary
responsibilities in women’s soccer, football
and synchronized swimming. She received her
undergraduate degree from Samford University
in 2005, earning a Bachelor’s of Science
degree in education with a concentration in
athletic training.
At UNA, her primary sports include men’s and
women’s basketball. She is also certified by
the National Athletic Trainers Association.
