COLUMBUS STATE WINS RAIN-SHORTENED INDIAN BAYOU CLASSIC

DESTIN, Fla. -- Columbus State posted a 293 Sunday in the only round of a rain-shortened Indian Bayou Classic to take the tournament title with a two-stroke lead over Arkansas Tech. Host North Alabama was tied for fourth with Delta State at 301. Lander was third at 296 in the 17-team field.

Patrick Wilson of Lander was the medalist with a three-under-par 69. Also on the all-tournament team were Brett Munson of North Alabama (70), Ryan Hitt of Arkansas Tech (70),Will Wilcox of Clayton State (71), Hunter Harper of Columbus State (71), Jack Bartlett of Henderson State (71), Harrod Moulds of Meridian Community College (71) and Daniel Guthrie of West Georgia (71).
