LION GOLFERS FINISH SECOND IN ROSS CREEK TOURNAMENT
CLIFTON, Tenn. -- Brad
Conner and Heath Jones had strong individual showings to lead the
North
Alabama golf team to a second-place finish at the Ross Creek
Classic. Delta State won the tournament with a 585 total,
followed by UNA at 610 and Lindenwood at 618. UNA's Gold
team was fourth, followed by Lindenwood B, Lincoln Memorial,
Montevallo, Mississippi College, Union and Northeast Mississippi.
UNA's Brad Conner finished third overall with rounds of 73 and 75,
while Jones had a 152 total to finish seventh.
