FLORENCE – North Alabama guard Milton Nance has added
another post-season award to his collection after receiving
second-team honors on the Daktronics All-South Region team.
The regional
award, which was voted on my sports information directors in the
Gulf South Conference, Sunshine State Conference and Southern
Intercollegiate Athletic Association, is the second post-season
honor for Nance. The 5-11 senior from Killen was also named second
team All-GSC.
Nance played in
all 28 games for the Lions in 2007. He led the team and was fourth
in the conference in scoring, averaging 21.6 points per game.
He also added
85 assists and 23 steals on the season and was named GSC East
Division Player of the Week twice.
