MEMPHIS, Tenn.
-- Christian Brothers scored 61 points in the second half to
overcome a three-point halftime deficit and down North Alabama 89-79
in men's basketball Saturday.
The loss was the fourth straight for the
Lions, after getting off to a sizzling 7-1 start.
UNA (7-5) led 31-28 at halftime, despite
shooting just 35 percent from the floor over the first 20 minutes.
But the second half was all CBU as the Buccaneers outscored UNA
61-48 to improve to 6-2.
Lou Wright led CBU with 27 points, while
Jordon Jeffries had 17, Kevin Weybright 12, Adam Brock 11 and Clint
Dowdle 10.
UNA was led by Reprobatus Bibbs and A.J.
Gordon with 19 points each.
