CHARGERS OUTSCORE UNA IN OVERTIME FOR WIN (BOX SCORE)

FLORENCE -- Alabama-Huntsville outscored North Alabama 19-13 in overtime to pull out a 99-93 win over the Lions at Flowers Hall in the regular-season finale for both schools.

The game was tied at 35-35 at halftime and UNA overcame a seven-point UAH lead in the final three minutes of regulation play to force overtime on a basket by Reprobatus Bibbs with five seconds left. The Chargers quickly jumped out to a six-point lead in overtime and sealed the game at the free throw line. Bibbs led UNA with 30 points, scoring 25 points in the second half and overtime. Pervis Key added 15, Casey Holt 13, Jerrell Vinson 12 and A.J. Gordon 11. UAH also had a balanced scoring attack, led by Jason Smith with 28. Micah delaRosa had 17, Jamie Gardner 15, Thiago Carvalho 12 and Graham Aderholt 11.

UNA made just 9 of 28 three-point shots but outrebounded the Chargers 54-37, led by Key with 11.

The Lions will play in the Gulf South Conference Tournament on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the BancorpSouth Center in Tupelo, Miss.
