sophomore soccer standout Tassia Augusto has
been selected for All-Gulf South Conference
honors in voting by the league's head
women's soccer coaches.
Augusto, a Sao
Paulo, Brazil native who transferred to UNA
in the Spring, set school records in 2007
for most goals scored in a season (18) and
most total points in a season (42). She also
had eight assists,
Augusto was
selected for second-team All-GSC honors.
UNA finished
its 2007 season at 7-12-1.
