The
Lion Soccer team evened its record to 3-3
with a 3-2 double overtime loss to North
Georgia at North Florence Park.
UNA carried a
2-0 lead at intermission. Natalie
Sherk scored UNA's first goal at 6:50 in the
game. Tassia Augusto made it 2-0 at
the 33:23 mark.
After tying the
game with nine minutes left in regulation,
North Georgia scored the game winning goal
at the 6:33 mark in the second overtime.
The Lions
travel to Georgia Southwestern on Sunday,
before traveling to Evansville, Indiana to
take on Southern Indiana on Wednesday
