FLORENCE  – The University of North Alabama women’s basketball team could not hold on to a seven-point lead at the half as No. 24 Arkansas Tech rallied for a 75-66 victory over the Lions Saturday afternoon at Flowers Hall. The Golden Suns used a 16-0 run midway through the second period to take control and remain perfect at 9-0 on the season. With the loss, UNA falls to 4-8 on the year.

UNA led by as many as 10 in the opening 20 minutes and took a 42-35 lead into the half.

The Lions will host Harding Monday with tip-off set for 8 p.m. at Flowers Hall.
