CARROLLTON, Ga., - Natasha Fomina had 18 kills to lead the University of North Alabama volleyball team to its fourth straight win in a 3-0 road sweep at West Georgia on Tuesday. The 25-18, 25-12, 25-16 victory gives the Lions a 13-1 overall record with a 5-1 mark in Gulf South Conference play.

UNA held West Georgia (3-10 overall, 0-6 GSC) to a .000 hitting percentage on the night as the Wolves struggled to score. Peyton Lang and Lexie Bradley each had a block, while Ashtyn Kapovich recorded 15 digs. No player for UWG had more than four kills in the match.

Fomina, a senior from Broomfield, Colo., notched seven kills in each of the first two sets. She recorded four kills in the third game to give her a team-high 196 on the year. Jayden Davila-McClary turned in 23 assists during the first two sets. Abby Winkler started the third set and notched 10 assists for the Lions.

UNA will return home to host UAH on Thursday. Match time is set for 7 p.m. at Flowers Hall.
