Biography
UNA 2021: Parsonage saw action in all 29 matches, including 26 starts for the Lions last season...she totaled 194 kills...added 13 assists, 14 service aces, 149 digs and 23 total blocks on the year...reached double figures in kills nine times, including a career-high 16 kills on Sept. 25, against Stetson...added three digs, a block and a service ace against the Hatters.
UNA Spring 2021: She led UNA and was the third-leading freshman in the ASUN Conference at 2.69 kills per set during the spring of 2021...led the team despite playing in only 13 matches during her freshman season...reached double figures in kills eight times, including a season-high 14 kills against Bellarmine...added 101 digs, 26 blocks, nine service aces and seven assists on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL: She played for coach Dave Huber at Los Alamitos High School in California...played outside hitter and right side for the Griffins, helping lead the team to a 2018 CIF Southern Section D2 Championship as well as the state quarterfinals...recorded 445 kills and 53 total blocks as a senior in 2019...earned a second team all-league selection her senior year.
PERSONAL: Her full name is Kamryn Nicole Parsonage. She is the daughter of Kevin Parsonage and Janna Landrum. She was born on August 4, 2002 and has one older brother. She is majoring in mass communication at UNA.
