Boone Tollison is in his first season as a graduate assistant coach at the University of North Alabama, where he will assist Cordell Upshaw with the defensive line.
A native of Booneville, Miss., Tollison played at Booneville High School and then played linebacker at Iowa Wesleyan University and Northeast (Miss.) Community College from 2012-2014. He then worked as a recruiter and student assistant on the defensive staff at Mississippi State University for the 2015 and 2016 seasons.
In 2017 he worked as the inside linebacker coach for Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla., where the Fire won the Sun Conference Championship. During the 2018 season he worked as an assistant coach for Saint Benedict at Auburndale High School in Memphis, Tenn.
His wife's name is Presley.
