UNA 2024: Played in all 12 games with eight starts ... Finished with 29 tackles, including 11 solo ... Had 4.5 tackles for loss for 12 yards ... Assisted on two sacks for seven yards ... Three QB hurries ... One fumble recovery ... Had four tackles with 1.5 for loss, an assisted sack and a hurry against SEMO in the FCS Kickoff (Aug. 24) ... Had at least one tackle in 11 games ... Season-high five tackles with two hurries against UT Martin (Sept. 14) ... Did not have a tackle but recovered a fumble in a 25-16 win over West Georgia (Sept. 28).

UNA 2023: Did not appear.

UNA 2022: Played in three games in 2022 … Six solo tackles and four assists with one tackle for loss of 6 yards and 0.5 sacks for 4 yards and defended one pass.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played linebacker at Pinellas Park High School under head coach Kenny Crawford … Earned defensive MVP, selected for the county all-star game, first-team all-county and all-state honorable mention … Honors student.

PERSONAL: Son of Gary Ponder and Yasheika Johnson and has six siblings … Major is Accounting.
