UNA 2020-21: Chatman saw action in 23 games, including one start for the Lions last season...he was second on the team with 16 blocked shots despite being seventh on the team in minutes played...averaged 4.3 points per game, with a season-high 19 points coming on Jan. 22, during an 82-81 home win over Jacksonville...was fourth on the team in rebounding at 4.1 boards per contest...added nine steals and 10 assists on the season.
OTHER COLLEGE: He spent his freshman season at Campbell, helping lead the Camels to a Big South Conference regular season title...played the 2019-20 season at Northeast Mississippi Community College, helping lead the Tigers to a 24-3 record...led the team in rebounding at 7.1 boards per game and was second on the team in scoring at 13.8 points per contest...also shot 50.4 percent from the floor after starting all 27 games.
HIGH SCHOOL: He played for coach Heath Burns at Cordova High School...He helped lead the Blue Devils to four straight area and regional championships, including Class 4A semi-final appearances every season from 2015-18...helped lead Cordova to appearances in the state championship game in 2016 and 2018, including a state title in 2018...earned area championship MVP honors in 2016 and 2018, regional MVP honors in 2017-18 and all-tournament honors at the area, regional and state levels three straight seasons...was named the Class 4A Player of the Year as a senior.
PERSONAL: His full name is Isaac Samuel Chatman. He is the son of Tia and Murray Bondman. He was born on October 23, 1999 and has two brothers and a sister. He is majoring in criminal justice at UNA.
