Biography
UNA 2014: Wadsworth played in 31 matches as a true freshman for the Lions in 2014...she started 14 times and saw action in 106 sets...totaled 225 kills on the season and had a .307 hitting percentage...also had five assists, 33 digs and a team-high 69 total blocks on the year...reached double figures in kills nine times, incuding a season-high 14 on Oct. 10 at Mississippi College...also recorded 12 kills against Valdosta State in the Gulf South Conference championship match...was named to the GSC all-tournament team.
HIGH SCHOOL: She prepped at Catholic Central High School in Lake Geneva, Wisc....was an all-county and first-team all-conference selection as a senior for the Hilltoppers.
PERSONAL: Her full name is Megan Jane Wadsworth. She is the daughter of Greg and Courtney Wadsworth. She was born on October 31, 1995 and has one brother, Rayce, and one sister, Bailey. She is majoring in nursing at UNA.
