Women's Cross Country

UNA WOMEN FINISH 11TH AT ASUN CHAMPIONSHIPS

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The University of North Alabama women's cross country team finished 11th at the 2022 ASUN Conference Championships at John Hunt Park.
 
Led by Janeth Jepkirui, who turned in a personal record cross country 5k time of 18:00.00, the Lions finished with a 293 total.
 
Lipscomb won the ASUN women's event with a 35 total.
 
Jepkirui finished 42nd individually. UNA's Beth Ann Tucker was 58th (18:22.8), Laura Mobley 68th (18:32.4), Gracie Mathews 70th (18:33.3), Ashlyn Anderson 80th (19:09.9), Emily Daniel 82nd (19:09.2), Sage Betts 100th (29:04.5) and Lillian Humphries 103rd (20:14.3).
