FLORENCE, Ala. -- University of North Alabama beach volleyball coach Kaleb VanDePerre decided to switch up his lineup a little on Saturday but got the same results as the Lions picked up two more wins.

UNA downed Austin Peay 4-1 in the first match of the day, then disposed of Liberty 5-0 to complete a sweep of its four-game homestand over the weekend. The Lions knocked off Austin Peay twice on Friday by identical 3-2 scores.

VanDePerre paired Paula Klemperer and Katy Floyd together for the first time this season at No. 1 and they picked up two straight-set wins over Austin Peay and Liberty. That put Mackenzie Martin and Taylor Seney together at No. 2 and they dominated the position, winning four straight sets on the day.

UNA's No. 3 pair of Selma Robinson and Martha McLaurin won two more matches Saturday to go 4-0 for the weekend, while  Jelena Girod and Sarah Larkin Lewis won both of their Saturday matches at No. 5.

The Lions improved to 7-6 with the win.

UNA will host UT-Martin on Wednesday, March 15 at noon.
