Lions travel to Clarksville with eyes on second-straight victory

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (October 23, 2025) – Following a win last week against Eastern Kentucky, the University of North Alabama football team looks to add another with a road matchup against nationally-ranked Austin Peay in Clarksville, Tenn.
 
Here are the top things to know for Saturday's road game.
 
1. KICKOFF: The Lions and Govs will kickoff from Fortera Stadium at 3:02 p.m.
 
2. TICKETS: Tickets are available at this link, by calling 931-221-7329 or can be purchased at the stadium two hours prior to kickoff at the box office. Prices start at $22.
 
3. PARKING: Public parking is available in various lots on campus and along the streets of campus. Handicap Parking is available in Lots 6 and 7 on a first come first serve basis. This parking is limited and requires a valid accessible parking permit or license plate.
 
4. MUGSHOTS WATCH PARTY: Fans who are not making the trip to Clarksville are encouraged to join our watch party at Mugshots in Downtown Florence. The broadcast will begin at 3 p.m. Mugshots is the official UNA Watch Party location for away football games this season.
 
5. WATCH ON ESPN+: Saturday's game will stream on ESPN+ with Barry Gresham, Ethan Schmidt and Kendra Sheehan on the call. Fans can tune in at 3 p.m. at this link or on the ESPN app.
 
6. NEW RADIO HOME: This season, the Lions are on the fastest growing digital radio platform in college football, The Varsity Network. The broadcast is also available on Facebook, X, YouTube, Twitch and roarlions.com/watch. Fans can choose their preferred method at this link. "Voice of the Lions" Benjamin Ray, color analyst Bryan Neece and sideline reporter Chase Glover will be the radio broadcast team for Saturday. The Countdown to Kickoff Presented by Bank Independent begins at 2 p.m. followed by kickoff at 3 p.m.
 
7. LIVE STATS: Fans who are interested in following live stats can do so via StatBroadcast.
 
8. SERIES HISTORY: Saturday will mark the 23rd all-time game against Austin Peay.
UNA leads the series with a 13-9 record. The Govs have won each of the last three meetings in conference play. The Lions have not won in the series since 1978.
 
9. UNA vs. THE TRI-STAR STATE: Saturday will mark the 121st game between UNA and a school from the state of Tennessee. Austin Peay is one of 14 opponents UNA has played from the Tri-Star State. UNA will only play one Tennessee school this year. For the last three seasons, UNA faced the state of Tennessee more than any other state, including four times in both 2022 and 2023 and three times in 2024.
 
10. UNA FOOTBALL NIGHT AT LOST PIZZA: Fans are reminded to head over to Lost Pizza in downtown Florence every Monday night during football season for the UNA Football Hour with Coach Brent Dearmon. The show begins at 7 p.m. and will air on 93.9 The Score and on all Roar Lions Productions outlets. The show will also air live inside Lost Pizza hosted by "Voice of the Lions" Benjamin Ray and Mike Ezekiel.
