Biography

UNA 2021: Daniel saw action in 23 games, including 21 starts on the year…she posted a .300 batting average, going 15-for-50 at the plate…had one double and one triple…also had an on-base percentage of .397 and one stolen base...had five multiple-hit games, including a 3-for-4 on Feb. 26 showing at Southern.

COLLEGE: She played two seasons at Calhoun Community College for coach Nancy Keenum...led the team and conference in hits and triples...recorded a team-high .429 batting average in 2019...set a program record for hits in a game with five...finished the year with five home runs, three triples, 69 hits, a .492 on-base percentage and a .640 slugging percentage.

HIGH SCHOOL: She played for coach Kathryn Montgomery at Russellville High School...helped lead the Golden Tigers to the program's first-ever trip to the Class 5A state tournament in 2016...was a two-time all-region selection in 2016 and 2017 and four-time all-area pick from 2014-17...selected to play in the AHSAA North-South All-Star Game in 2016...also lettered in volleyball.

PERSONAL: Her full name is Kalli Elizabeth Daniel. She is the daughter of Kelby and Terri Daniel. She was born on April 9, 1999 and has two brothers, Jacob and Kaleb. She is majoring in occupational therapy at UNA.
