Struck out only eight times in 185 plate appearances all season ... Won ASUN Player of the Week on February 19, totaling five hits over two wins against Murray State and WKU at the Chattanooga Challenge ... HIGH SCHOOL: Jones played first base for coach Greg Burleson at Summertown High School … Helped lead the team to two Tennessee Class 1A State Championships in 2018 and 2021, as well as a state runner-up finish in 2019 … Was an all-state selection in 2018 and 2021 ... Also earned all-district honors in 2018, 2019 and 2021 … Also lettered in basketball and volleyball for the Eagles.
