Biography

UNA 2021: Honeycutt saw action in 14 games, including six starts for the Lions last season…she posted a .130 batting average after going 3-for-23 at the plate…added one RBI and one walk on the year....recorded hits in back-to-back ASUN games against North Florida and Jacksonville.

UNA 2020: Honeycutt received a red-shirt for the 2020 season.

UNA 2019: She saw action in 22 games, including seven starts as a true freshman in 2019…had the highest batting average of the freshman class at .300, going 9-for-30 at the plate with a double, a home run and two RBI…went 2-for-3 on May 8 during a win at Kennesaw State.

HIGH SCHOOL: She played at Northside High School for her father, Tommy Honeycutt...helped lead the Rams to four straight appearances in the Class 4A state tournament, including the 2017 state championship...also helped the team win five area titles and a regional championship in 2015...was an All-State selection in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018...named to the 2017 All-State Tournament Team...selected to play in the AHSAA North-South All-Star Game and was named Team MVP...led teams and was second in the state in stolen bases...finished her career third all-time in the state in runs scored...batted .445 as a senior.

PERSONAL: Her full name is Riley Grace Honeycutt. She is the daughter of Tommy and Danette Honeycutt. She was born on November 15, 1999 and has two brothers.
