Ben Bond joined the University of North Alabama athletics staff in July of 2022 and serves as General Manager of Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations. In his role, he handles the day-to-day operations in the UNA ticket office.
In 2024, Bond was named the Salesperson of the Year by Taymar Sales U. Taymar has been working with North Alabama Athletics to oversee all ticket sales and ticket operations since 2022. Bond was nominated for this award by Taymar Sales U. senior leadership, standing out as a leader among his 26 peer leaders and nearly 80 colleagues.
A 2020 UNA graduate, he majored in Sport Management.
Bond was born and raised in Leighton, Ala.,and attended Colbert County High School, graduating in 2012.

Prior to taking on his current position at UNA, he spent three years working in minor league baseball.
In 2020 he worked as an intern for the Rocket City Trash Pandas, the Double A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels. In 2021 he moved to Memphis, Tenn., to work as an account executive for the Memphis Redbirds, the Triple A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. While there, he also worked with the Memphis 901FC, a professional soccer club competing in the USL League.
In 2022 he moved to Knoxville, Tenn., to work as an account executive for the Tennessee Smokies, the Double A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.
