Bryce Palmer

Bryce Palmer is a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the North Alabama staff, primarily working with the beach volleyball and football programs.

Prior to joining the UNA staff in 2025, Palmer was an athletic training student at the University of West Alabama. He worked in some capacity with nearly every program at UWA, including football, softball, volleyball, cheer, basketball, rodeo, soccer and baseball. He served in this capacity from 2022-24.

Prior to West Alabama, Palmer was a baseball student-athlete at the University of Tennessee Southern pursuing a degree in human performance and physical education.

Palmer completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from West Alabama in December 2024. He was in the Iota Tau Alpha Honor Society and earned President's List and Dean's List honors. He was a member of the West Alabama Sports Medicine Club and has current membership in the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA), the Southeast Athletic Trainers' Association and the Alabama Athletic Trainers' Association (ALATA).

Palmer is a certified athletic trainer, is CPR and AED certified by American Red Cross and is bloodborne pathogen trained.

Palmer is originally from Waterloo, Alabama.
