Will Jacobs joined the University of North Alabama athletics staff in August of 2023 and serves as the Ticket Operations & Sales Coordinator. In his role, he assists General Manager of Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations Ben Bond in the day to day operations of the UNA ticket office.
Jacobs graduated from Geraldine High School in 2017, and is from Geraldine, Alabama. After high school, Will attended Northeast Alabama Community College before transferring to Jacksonville State University.
While a student at JSU, Jacobs graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing.
Jacobs had a diverse experience working in athletics while at Jacksonville State. From 2019-2021 he worked as an equipment manager for the JSU men’s basketball team. At the start of 2022, he took a role as a student assistant for the Athletics Marketing Department. From December 2022 through April 2023, he worked as an intern for the Huntsville Havoc, a minor league hockey team in the SPHL.
