JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --
Madeline Guillen scored a first half goal and
Shelby Wall added two more in the second half to help the University of North Alabama women's soccer team snap a four-match losing skid with a 3-0 win at Jacksonville.
UNA, now 5-9 overall and 1-4 in the ASUN Conference, has three regular season matches as the Lions try and make a run to earn a spot in the ASUN Conference Tournament for the second straight year.Â
Guillen's goal came at the 36:04 mark of the first half to give UNA a 1-0 lead. It was Guillen's second goal of the season and she became the first Lion other than Wall to score a goal since Sept. 20.
Wall then scored her 12th and 13th goals of the season at the 65:51 and 79:43 marks to push the final count to 3-0. Wall nows has 35 career goals at UNA and ranks sixth in school history.
UNA out-shot Jacksonville 20 to six and JU had just two shots on goal.

Kate Webster got the shutout in goal with two saves.
The Lions host Stetson on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at the Bill Jones Athletic complex.
