MISSION STATEMENT:

The University of North Alabama Strength and Conditioning program is fully committed to providing sport-specific and comprehensive programs for enhancing all aspects of athleticism in a safe and professional environment.
 

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
UNA Strength & Conditioning is all-encompassing in our program design to promote movement pattern efficiency, mobility/stability, strength, speed, agility, flexibility, conditioning and explosiveness, all of which are important components in developing a highly-skilled collegiate athlete.
 
The UNA program provides workouts with periodization and a wide range of modalities to challenge the athlete in each workout.
 
The UNA Strength and Conditioning staff expects hard work, accountability and total effort from each individual so that the athlete will improve both physically and mentally.
