Since 2008, when UNA began playing on its home turf, the Lions have a 70-21-4 record at home, including a 6-3 home record last season in the school's first year in Division I.

Chattanooga is 1-0-1 overall with a 1-1 tie with Austin Peay and a 1-0 win over Eastern Kentucky. Head coach Gavin McKinney is in his fifth season with the Mocs and has a 24-41-12 record at Chattanooga. Emily Szymanski and Kenrda Mueller have scored the Mocs two goals this season.

UNA was shutout 2-0 in its opener at Ole Miss but rebounded with a 3-1 win at Southern Illinois, getting goals from Shely Wall, Haley Yarber and Madeline Guillen. Wall's goal was the 23rd of her career and moved he into ninth place on UNA's career goals list. She is also sixth in career assists with 21.

Goalkeeper Savannah Stewart has already faced 36 shots for the Lions in just two matches and has recorded 15 saves.
