FLORENCE, Ala. -- Despite singles wins by Kalais Going and Valeria San Miguel, the University of North Alabama women's tennis team came out on the short end of a 5-2 loss to Southeast Missouri State at the Cox Creek Park Tennis Center.

UNA, now 1-5, lost the doubles point to SEMO before claiming the wins at No. 3 and No. 4 singles. The Redhawks took wins and No. 5 and No. 6 singles to take a 3-2 lead and eventually closed out matches at the top two singles spots to make it 5-2.
