HIGH SCHOOL: Honeycutt was a pitcher at Dobyns-Bennett High School for coach Andy Hubbard...she was a four-time all-conference and Pitcher of the Year in the conference, earning Rookie of the Year honors in 2013.

PERSONAL: Her full name is Marissa Lynn Honeycutt. She is the daughter of Mickey and Angela Honeycutt. She was born on March 10, 1998 and has two sisters. She is majoring in exercise science at UNA.
