The two schools have met just twice since 2021, with the previous meeting before those coming in 2005. Jacksonville Recap: The Lions used a 17th minute goal from Izzi Gurney-Harper to tackle the Jacksonville Dolphins 1-0 and lay claim to their 10th shutout of the season. The Lions are set to finish fourth place in the conference standings and will have the ability to host the first round and quarterfinals of the ASUN tournament.

The Alabama-Huntsville transfer also ranks first nationally in goalie minutes played (1620:00) and is 30th in goals against average (0.611). If Wright remains first in the NCAA, she would be the first UNA athlete to be crowned a statistical champion at the Division I level. The last athlete to lay claim to a statistical championship at UNA was softball's Brooklynn Clark in 2016 when she led the country in RBI's (84) and batting average (.498). The last North Alabama soccer player to be named a statistical national champion was Chloe Richards in 2015 when she had a Division II leading 30 goals and nine game-winning goals.

Florence Set to Host ASUN Tournament Matches: With a 5-3-2 record in ASUN matches, the Lions have clinched fourth place in the conference standings and the ability to host the first round and quarterfinals of the tournament. The Lions have participated in the ASUN Tournament twice before, with a record of 2-2 in tournament matches.

Wright Tabbed ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week: UNA goalkeeper Adriana Wright was selected as the ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season on Oct. 17. Wright notched a pair of 1-0 shutouts over North Florida and Jacksonville as the Lions earned two key ASUN victories. Wright stopped 11 shots across the two matches.
