She was a four-time, first-team All-Gulf South Conference pick, four-time All-South Region and UNA's only four-time All-American in any sport. In 2009 she was selected Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Year when she scored a program record 32 goals in a season and tallied a single-season program record 79 points.

She was named GSC Player of the Year and NCAA Division II National Player of the Year in 2011. She was later named GSC Player of the Decade by the league in 2020.

Roberts graduated from North Alabama in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management and went on to get her Master’s degree in Exercise Science from University of Nebraska Kearney in 2016.

A native of Plymouth, England, Roberts spent eight years on the coaching staff with the Nebraska-Kearney Lopers. During the time Roberts was the head coach, the Lopers set records in save percentage (.892) and goals against average (0.87) in 2019.

She joined the Marshall University women’s soccer staff in February of 2022 as an assistant coach.

Prior to her coaching career, Roberts was involved in the U15-U23 England youth set up where she attended training camps and competed in multiple games. Roberts also holds a USSF E and D coaching license.
